Final Sale & Exchanges

All sales of tools and products are final. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Please review product names, shades, sizes and quantities before placing your order.

Exchanges require prior approval

Voluntary exchanges are not routinely offered. As a rare exception, Glam Concepts may approve an exchange of an unopened, unused product for a like item at its discretion. Contact sales@glamconcepts.com before sending anything back. An exchange is not approved until Glam Concepts confirms it in writing. Sending an item back does not itself authorize a refund or exchange.

For an approved discretionary exchange, the purchaser pays shipping both ways and handling costs. We will disclose the applicable costs for your approval before the exchange proceeds.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items

Please inspect your delivery and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or appears defective. Include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs when relevant. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. We will explain the appropriate next steps. These claims are reviewed separately from discretionary exchanges; the shipping and handling provision above does not override remedies required by applicable law.

Manufacturer warranties

Manufacturer warranty coverage, eligibility and claim procedures depend on the brand and product. T3 warranty details are available at t3micro.com. A warranty claim is separate from a change-of-mind return or exchange.

Professional orders and payment

Shipped orders containing professional products, including Backbar sizes, require at least $200 in merchandise after discounts, before shipping and tax. Free Denver pickup has no minimum. See our Shipping Policy for details.

We review orders before approving payment and fulfillment. A card authorization is not a captured payment. Choosing Payment by Invoice creates an unpaid order request; a payment invoice is sent manually after review.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
